My husband spent 2 hours trying to figure out how to get to New York and return home from Montreal and finally gave up. Lawrence had it all done, booked and complete in 10 minutes the next day.



Two weeks prior to our departure, we noticed a significant issue with our cruise cabin. We were not where we had reserved the prior year. Immediately that night, my husband called the cruise line and were told sorry the cruise is fully booked no changes.



I went to see Lawrence the next day, explained the issue and he said dont worry. Two days later, we were back on the deck and side we had previously reserved.
