Most recently, we had scheduled one trip, but decided to take another with friends. Mariners Travel, quickly secured accommodations on the new trip, and canceled the existing reservations we had. For the new trip, we were going to pay for first class air fare to the east coast; when we explained to Mariners, they acted on our behalf, and secured us mush more favorable rates, and booked our flights. We have always been treated to a complimentary cocktail party, champagne and goodies awaiting us in the stateroom, and on-board credits to spend as we wished.
